A private contractor wanted a solution to re-use asphalt plannings and waste asphalt material in an environmental and carbon friendly way. To supply local contractors and local authorities with hot asphalt from his depot, and a central location for them to tip old and unused asphalt waste.

Asphalt plannings, breakout, hotbox waste, and virgin unused asphalt.
Challenge:
The challenge for our client was that he was working from a site with limited space, not far from local residencies and a major trunk road.
Solution:
Greener Asphalt Solutions offered him the 10ton Asphalt Recycling Plant to site, alongside his waste asphalt stockpile, to recycle the waste asphalt back into hot asphalt to sell on to his clients to use as they would virgin asphalt collected from a traditional asphalt plant.
Result:
Our client now runs his own 10ton plant, complete with a 10ton feed hopper with load cells, that we also supplied.
With this set up our client now mixes hot asphalt daily made from waste asphalt that would have been crushed and used as general fill, selling it to an ever increasing network of customers that collect after tipping off their waste from the day before.
